◆ THE PROGRAMME

Every project, the same four phases.

We tell you what phase you're in, what happens next, and when. No agency-speak. No mystery. If we're behind, you know before the next demo.

◆ THE PHASES

Load. Build. Ship. Hand off.

Same rhythm on every project, whether it's a 4-week sprint or a 16-week full build. Weekly demo, weekly build, monthly retro.

01

Load

We read what you have. Interview 3-5 stakeholders. Look at any existing code, designs, or research. Write a plan that includes what we're not doing.

Week 1-2
02

Build

Kotlin. Jetpack Compose where it fits. Weekly Friday demo to whoever wants to attend from your side. Weekly signed APK delivered to your team.

Week 3-N
03

Ship

Play Store submission with proper metadata. Staged rollout: 5% → 20% → 100% over 8 days. Crash and ANR monitoring. First-week fire response.

Week N+1
04

Hand off

Codebase readme, architecture doc, release runbook, your team onboarded via a 3-day pairing session. Optional retainer if you'd rather we stayed.

Week N+2
◆ WHAT WE DO EVERY WEEK

Weekly rhythm, monthly honesty.

Every Monday

Sprint start

Yesterday's carry-over becomes today's queue. New tickets committed to the sprint. 30-minute call with your product lead. Written summary in your Slack by 10am.

Every Wednesday

Signed build

Fresh internal-track APK to your team. Release notes plain-English. What changed, what didn't, what's coming Friday. You install it. You use it. You tell us.

Every Friday

Live demo

Same time, same link, 45 minutes. We show real screens. You interrupt whenever. Recording lives in the shared drive for anyone who couldn't make it.

Every month

Honest retro

Went well · didn't · try next. Written up, signed by both sides. If the project is behind, we say so and propose the specific cut. No surprises at week 12.

◆ WHAT WE DON'T DO

The things we say no to.

Being clear about the boundary saves everyone a fortnight of misalignment.

Cross-platform frameworks

No React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform. We build Android natively in Kotlin. If you need iOS, we introduce you to an iOS studio we trust.

Fixed-price with unclear scope

We won't quote you a fixed number for a brief that hasn't been through phase 1. We do fixed-price for well-scoped work; not for exploratory work.

Rescues we can't finish

If we audit your app and think a rewrite is beyond us — or that it's the wrong call — we tell you and point you at someone who is right for it.

NDA-first meetings

We'll sign an NDA when work is scoped. First meetings are talking about the problem in general terms. That way both sides find out early if we're a fit.

Client work with hidden fees

What we quote is what you pay. We break down the estimate line-by-line. If scope grows, we say so and re-quote. No end-of-project invoicing surprises.

Own-brand-apps-only

Some studios only build their own apps. We ship for external clients too — always have. Our reputation lives in the code we hand to other teams.

See if we're a fit.

Book a 30-minute call. We'll ask what your Android problem is; you decide whether the answer sounds like us.
